Archiving my Twitter, Facebook and other social network activity
A bright #sundog next to a glass-sided building. The sun is off to the left out of frame. The sundog had a bit more color and more of the spectrum in it as seen through my polarized sunglasses, so I kind of wish I'd taken a shot through one of the lenses, but at least you can see how bright it was.
I haven't adjusted the color on this image at all – except for cropping, it's straight out of my phone.
This and another pelican swam past each other. One started flapping its wings as they approached, and then stopped once they’d passed each other.
One of at least three sea otters I saw during a few minutes walking along the shoreline of Monterey Bay.
“C’mon, I’m trying to be serious here!”
Probably #Steinbeck would have said it a bit more elegantly, but I’m sure he would have thought it.

A flock of birds over sailboats on Monterey Bay. It was raining for most of the road trip, but Friday had some nice sunny weather in between storms, and I got to walk along the shore for a bit.
